Terry Holp learned his trade and developed his skill while working for local builders before starting his own company. Terry has been building in the Centeral Michigan area for over ten years, and Sweetwater County since July 2007. Terry is an on site builder, he works along side of his subcontractors from begining to end.


Being self-employed most of her life, April Holp has developed the drive and motivation to get things done. April has a natural abiltiy for her design skills and enjoys making her clients dreams a reality.

Terry and April opened their business in Rock Springs in July of 2007.
